Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. 1-to-1 Business Transformation Programs (100, 200, or 300 days)

These are our longer programs designed to help you transform your business. They require a lot of preparation on our side before we start, which is why the refund terms are different.

How It Works:

When you sign up, 25% of the total program fee is a non-refundable preparation fee. This covers the time and resources we invest in preparing your personalised program before we begin.

30-Day Trial Period

You have a 30-day trial period from the start of the program. During these 30 days:

  • If you decide the program isn’t right for you, you can cancel.

  • You’ll receive a refund of 75% of the total fee (the amount minus the 25% preparation fee).

  • You must submit your cancellation through the cancellation form.

After the 30-Day Trial:

  • No refunds are available after the 30-day trial period ends.

  • You are expected to complete the program as agreed.

Refund Summary for Transformation Programs:

When you cancelWhat you get back
Within the first 30 days75% refund (25% preparation fee is kept)
After 30 daysNo refund

If You’re Paying in Instalments:

  • If you chose a payment plan (paying in monthly instalments), all remaining payments are still due even if you cancel after the 30-day trial period.

  • If you cancel within the 30-day trial period, any future instalments will be stopped, and you’ll receive a refund of what you’ve paid minus the 25% preparation fee.

  • Missed payments: If you miss an instalment payment, we’ll contact you to sort it out. If payments remain unpaid for more than 14 days after the due date, we may pause or cancel your program access.

4. Digital Products (Toolkits, Playbooks, Spreadsheets)

All digital products are final sale — no refunds.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded right away, we cannot take them back or verify if they’ve been used.

The Only Exception: Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem (for example, you can’t download the file, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at **@***********ll.com and we’ll fix the issue or provide a refund.

Before You Buy:

Before purchasing a digital product, you’ll be asked to check a box confirming that you understand:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately

  • You waive your right to a refund once the download is available

  • This is required by EU consumer law for digital content

When Work & Roll May Cancel a Service

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a session or program. Here are the situations where this could happen:

  • We become unavailable due to illness, emergency, or personal reasons

  • Technical problems prevent us from delivering the session (internet failure, platform issues)

  • A client behaves inappropriately — We have the right to end a session or program if there is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour

  • Violation of our terms — If a client shares program materials without permission, misrepresents their identity, or breaches our terms of service

What Happens If We Cancel:

  • If we cancel for our own reasons (illness, scheduling conflict, technical issue), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • If we cancel because of a client’s behaviour or violation of terms, no refund will be provided.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

Sometimes things happen that nobody can control. These include:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, severe storms)

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism

  • Government actions or new laws that prevent us from operating

  • Major internet or infrastructure failures

If a force majeure event prevents us from delivering a service:

  • We will try to reschedule the service to a later date

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will offer a full refund

  • We will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and discuss options

Neither you nor Work & Roll is responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events.

Your Rights Under EU Consumer Law

As a consumer in the European Union, you have strong rights. Here’s what you should know:

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have 14 days to change your mind after an online purchase — no questions asked.

However, there are legal exceptions. The cooling-off period does not apply to:

  1. Services that have already started — If a session has already taken place, you can’t use the 14-day cooling-off right for that session.

  2. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed — Once you download or access a digital product, the cooling-off period ends. This is why we ask you to confirm (by checking a box) that you agree to this before purchase.

  3. Personalised services — Our Transformation Programs are customised for you. Once preparation work begins, the 14-day right may not fully apply, but our 30-day trial period gives you even more time and protection.

What This Means for You:

  • For sessions not yet delivered, you can cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund — even if our policy above says otherwise. EU law takes priority.

  • For digital products where you checked the consent box, the 14-day right does not apply.

  • For Transformation Programs, our 30-day trial is more generous than the 14-day EU requirement.

If you believe your EU consumer rights have not been respected, you can contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country. You can find your local centre at ec.europa.eu/consumers.
